AV Receiver vs Tube Pre Amp Sound Comparison

Comparing AV Reciever with a Tube Pre Amp, which are connected to the Crown XLS 2002 power amplifier and Taga Harmony speakers. Denon x3700 is using a subwoofer.
Denon x3700 is calibrated with Audyssey and the crossover for a subwoofer is 60hz.
Tube Preamp has no tone controls changed, everything is neutral.
