Fundamentals of MIL STD Part 1 January 14 2021

Издатель
The Military Standards for EMC testing have evolved as technologies have changed. Join us to understand why.

Early on, MIL-STD 461 addressed basic radio frequency interference. In the origins of electronic development, the concern was “noise” in the AM/FM radio systems. Now, as equipment has changed and become more complex, the tests have expanded to cover the ways and means of equipment operation, including complex threats, operating environments and design challenges. This webinar will cover the basics of MIL-STD testing, with commentary on test setups, making sense of these measurements and how to ascertain the essentials of compliance to the standard.

As a special feature, we are pleased to welcome Steve Ferguson, who has the hands-on experience and has lectured about testing and measurements across the spectrum. Steve will cover a new methodology for CS101, an essential part of the MIL testing suite.

We welcome you to the dialogue.
