Digital stereo amplifier for Raspberry Pi microcomputers is based on two SSM3582 (supported by ChipStudio) ICs designed in mono mode (double mono). The amplifier integrates unique controller that allows to playback true Hi-Res premium quality audio from Raspberry Pi without resampling. No special Linux knowledge needed. Hi-Fi-Pi N3 is connected to 40-pin GPIO connector of Raspberry Pi1 Model B+, Raspberry Pi2, Raspberry Pi3 or Raspberry Pi4 without soldering and does not require auxiliary power supply.
